We offer fast and affordable solutions for hydraulic cylinder problems, even for those severely damaged. Our reliable service is possible thanks to our extensive stocks of quality replacement materials and our in-house manufacturing of replacement parts.
If replacement parts are required, we manufacture them in-house
We can repair cylinders from any type or make of equipment, and our bespoke torque bed can handle up to 40,000 Ft/Lb Torque. We assess all cylinders brought in for repair and provide a fixed price quotation.
Our extensive stocks of chrome plated EN14 rod material up to 110mm ensure quality repairs. We pressure test all cylinders and offer a 90-day warranty on repaired items. This gives you peace of mind knowing that if there are any defects or issues with the product, they will be resolved within the warranty period.
Marine Offshore and Subsea Repairs
We also repair hydraulic cylinders exposed to marine and offshore environments. You can rely on our many years of experience in “Marine” hydraulic cylinders and rams. We use quality stainless steel, corrosion-resistant electro-plating and other surface coatings to achieve high-quality salt-resistant repairs.
We have a lot of experience producing hydraulic cylinders operating the bow doors on RO/RO ferries. We also frequently work on deck winches, cranes, oil-producing platforms, subsea ROVs, and pipe-handling equipment.
